Hi! We are here at Hojo's and ejoying a wonderful trip to Disneyland.
We are in bd. 2 with a pool view and really like our room. Having a balcony would have been a bit better, but for this trip it was fine. It's our first time here, so I'm getting a feel for the hotel.

I wanted to let you all know that we came in to our room today, to brand new coffee makers! It's a Keurig maker. Looks like a one cup at a time. We haven't used it yet, but plan on using it in the morning.

The old one did look 'old' and we didn't use it this morning. Decided to go over to Mimi's. (well DH did!)

Not sure if it's a 'thing' for anyone but I was excited to see it and do look forward to trying it:)

There is a 'full' crowd here these past few days, but we are all having fun. The kids pool area is really fun and my girls love it!

Thanks to everyone a few days back who helped me with my questions:)

What is with these "1" cup coffee makers. I live by the 30/30 rule. 30 cup coffee urn,:coffee:,,,,, no more than 30' feet from a restroom.:rolleyes1

Yay! New coffee makers I forgot about those there was a thread some time back :)
we will be there tomorrow building 2 also :cool1: yippee!
Have a great trip :wizard:

omg, i love my keurig!!

Glad your having a blast!

Have a great trip and post some pics!!!:lovestruc

Ok...I took pics of the coffee maker:), but everyone is asleep...so I'll post them tomorrow!!!

I'm a true diser if I take pics of a coffee maker...right!!!!

We had a great day today!

Im a 2 cup minimum my self, :lmao: Anyone know what kind of coffee maker is at the fairfield?

Well, it does only make one cup at a time, but I have to say, being a coffee lover it was pretty good. We did have some milk for cereal, so that did help.

The coffee was very hot, and it was really just too easy to make! I need one of these at home!

OH, and the bathroom was very close:laughing:

Posting some pics for you all:thumbsup2

I don't mind if it only makes one cup at a time as long as we can make multiple cups. How many servings do they set out? Does it require a special cartridge or can you bring along your own coffee?

We will be staying at HoJo's in December!

It came with 4 cartridges. I've never seen these before, so I'm not sure were you could buy them. But, I'm sure you could ask the front desk for more.

The first day we had an old machine in the room, and then later in the day we came into the room to a new one. It was really cool. My DH was laughing at me because I said I had to run to the boards and tell everyone:grouphug:

Have a Merry Magical December:santa:

Can you just heat water in that new one. We don't do coffee, but we do make either tea or cocoa if it's cold in the morning. If not, I guess I'll add a small coffee maker to my list.

I'm sure it would. I didn't try it, but I'm thinking you could just pour the water in and the process would work.

AND, everyone, just returned from Costco and they have this machine! It was funny, $139.00 and the coffees came in different falvors.

Didn't buy it, but maybe Santa will bring me one:angel:

OK, so how are the parks today? ride times? Im anxious to know whats new and whats going on :)

Gotta love Hojo's. We are local to DLR, but aren't going away on vacation this summer, so DD asked if we could stay at Hojo's for a mini-vaca. We had such a good time. Played all day at the kid's water area, had dinner at Mimi's, and went to DCA for the EL Parade. Got up the next morning and spent the day at DL. Hojo's definately has my vote.
