At DL now and freezing!

I'll be there next week, pregnant and with a 4 year old, I am beyond thrilled that it's not another 100+ heat wave

We were there for a single day on Monday and thankfully just missed the heat wave! Mid-to-low 70's worked great for us especially since it was still snowing the week before at home. The cooler weather must have brought the locals back in droves though because the crowds were pretty overwhelming by the late afternoon.

We were just there from Sunday - Thursday and the weather was perfect! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

It was supposed to be warmer today, but I think it was the coldest day so far! I broke down & bought a sweatshirt, but I only brought one pair of capri's ( no jeans) and one long sleeved shirt, so I've been wearing the same clothes for the past 5 days. Ugh.
Going to have to buy some other pants tomorrow.

My kids (age 5 & 2) are so bummed that it's too cold for swimming. I took them once for 30 minutes & the baby was shaking she was so cold.

It's supposed to be warmer next week, low 80's. Guess we just lost the weather gamble.

it warms up by the weekend, and memorial day will be a balmy 85. all next week is back in the mid-high 80s again.

@Tiffjoy yeah we get cold easily.. we're spoiled here. below 68 = freezing! ugg boots and parkas! above 78 = hot! omg ugg boots and shorts.. i mean wait. what? LOL.

saturday is expected to be pleasant in the mid to upper 70s.

I am looking at your location under your name. Where exactly is 10k west of Disneyland?

I saw the live cam this morning and was SO jealous! We were there mothers day week/weekend and were DYING from the heat. California weather is so unpredictable these days. When I lived there it was more dependable.....our next trip will be in February where all I'll have to worry about is cold and rain and I'm perfectly fine with that lol

We'll be there in February too. We'll bring clothes for warm and cold weather. And for rain. Though honestly, we do that whenever we go to California. You just never know what it will be like.

It finally warned up on Sunday & was so beautiful. Yeay! Even got to take kids swimming. Bummed that we leave today.
Looking forward to next visit though!

When I woke up yesterday, I went in the backyard to water my plants and thought, "Ahhhhh, this is PERFECT Disneyland weather!"

Lucky! I LOVE cold days at Disneyland. It's so much easier to get warmed up then to get cooled down. You can only have so many Dole Whips! :haha: We were there in April with record heat temps and although we made the best of it we were pretty disappointed that Arizona was cooler then California while we were there!

This made me chuckle…….we also think in terms of what is "Disneyland Weather", and what is not!

Every time we have a beautiful, breezy day, with cooler temps(not common in Arizona), we always look at each other and say, "This is Disneyland weather!"
