Both my son and husband have asthma. What can you do about having your inhaler on the ride? In normal circumstances it would be OK, but if they had an attack while the ride was down, that could be an issue. Could you our them in cargo pants/zippered pouches?

I think you're going to have to ask there. Those are the metal detector rides, so... If I were worried I'd probably puff before going into line, but then mine only flares to serious levels every 4 years or so.

But maybe someone has direct knowledge.

I suffer from asthma and also carry an inhaler. I took everything out of my pockets and put it in the locker...except for my inhaler. If there's ever a time I think I might need it, it's after doing one of these crazy rides.

The metal detector or wand did go off and they said I couldn't bring it on. My response: "But I need it. I'll die." The TM looked kinda flustered but then agreed just to let me go on.

So I don't know if they have a specific inhaler policy in place or if it's at the discretion of the TMs so your mileage may vary.

Based on nerdboy's info, great to post that for ya, maybe be proactive, and show the TM before going past the metal detector and say, this is medically necessary, and I'll keep it in my zipped pocket during the ride. Hopefully, they will allow it.
