associate member log in question

I am a new associate member on my parents' DVC contract. My parents added me on the computer and a few weeks later I got a postcard with a PIN number on it so that I can have access to the website. My question is about the Club ID number that it asks for. It says that I should have received my Club ID with my membership documents, but I never received any because I am just an associate. The DVC website says that I should have received it with my closing documents, but obviously I did not receive any closing documents. Do I use one of my parent's numbers, or am I supposed to have a Club ID of my own? If I'm supposed to have a Club ID of my own, how do I get one?

I know that on our account, the club ID number is listed as me with a .1, then husband as a .2 and then daughter as .3 We all have the same number before each. You could try using your parents club ID and go from there. However, we are all club members and not associates, so not sure if that makes a difference.

AS an associate member, you can call member services. I would give them a call and they can help you with the log-in. Be sure to have your parents membership number handy when you call.
