Ok, after a lot of reading and researching my ownself I have discovered some things about these two. What are your thoughts?
Aspartame should have never been put on the market. It was turned down 8 times before it was slipped into the foods in 1983. This is a scary thought about how what it turns into in our bodies: Methanol breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde in the body -- YIKES!! No more of that for me
This is a good article on how aspartame was put into the food and diet sodas: http://www.nexusmagazine.com/articles/aspartame.html
Splenda has shocking truths also, it contains 1% of arsenic. http://www.foodanddiet.com/NewFiles/splenda.html
My research all started when I started reading 3 books, and I will tell you, it has changed the why I feel and look, A LOT BETTER
