Is a family of 3 adults going to be comfortable in a Family Suite? I have booked it for our big trip in December 2008. It is me, DH, and my mom. I have gotten a great package through AAA and at this point am not considering changing, but I want this to be the best trip ever.

I would love to hear from those that have stayed there.

I know someone must be able to tell me something, especially with 27 views.

Probably not many have experience with ECV's, let alone getting 2 of them in the room. There is a poster who likes to stay in a family suite that does use an ECV, so perhaps she will see your thread. Otherwise, you might consider posting this over on the DISabilities thread and maybe mention ECV in the thread title.

I am looking forward to staying in a family suite next year, that is why I opened your thread.

I hope it works out for you! :goodvibes

Thank you for your response. I probably should have left that part out, I was just really trying to figure out how roomy it would be for 3 adults. I think I will edit that post.

I stayed there in December just after they had opened and there were FOUR of us! Dad took the queen sized bed in the private room (he snores a lot) Mom took the pull-out couch. I took the pullout chair and friend took the pull-out ottoman.
ALL of us were comfortable. There were 2 full-sized dressers, plenty of closet space, 2 TV's, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchenette -- microwave, coffee maker & FRIDGE plus lots of cupboard space (only suggestion here bring some "strong" disposable cutlery). A small table to sit at. We were all very happy with the choice.

There was an elevator but I don't think it would be easy for an ECV to deal with the room

Have you seen this thread?

Most reviews of the fold out beds are that they are very comfy.

Thank you lovesdumbo, that is exactly what I was looking for. I thought I remembered seeing it somewhere. I guess I just over looked it. We should definitely be able to fit 2 Ecv's in there with no problem. Hey, if we got 2 of them in the cabins, why not here.
