ASMu - Preferably Rock Section - How was it??

Just decided on ASMu for my parents first trip to WDW. We are planning another trip in September 2009 after our January 2008 honeymoon and are taking them with us. We needed to go with a value and upon the recommendations of many, decided ASMu would be the best value resort for 4 adults. If you have stayed here, please tell me about your experience, the rooms, and maybe even pics if you don't mind. Thanks so much!!

Stayed in the rock section in May. We originally requested a preferred room and didn't get it. We wound up being very happy because it was nice and quiet in the the building we were in. It was a farther walk to the bus stop in the morning, but we did not mind at all. It was nice and close to the quiet pool which was great! The rooms were being refurbished in this section when we were there so we had a room that was not redone. The room is small and the beds are small, but that's what you get with a value resort. The only recommendation I would make is to rent a car. The bus lines can be very long, the busses PACKED and there is no canopy over the bus lines at the resort.

We will be going in September and from what I understand that month is VERY slow. So hopefully we won't have many issues with the buses as we plan to rely on disney transportation.
