ASMovies vs POP

Okay - so your responses to a previous post convinced me to stick with separate rooms (for 3 couples) b/c of privacy on an upcoming trip.

Now - we have booked tentatively at ASMovies b/c my son will be 2 at the time of our trip and loves BUzz LIghtyear - so we thought the decorations at ASMovies would be more enjoyable for him.
However - I seem to find posts here and on other message boards that say POP is lightyears (pun intended) better than ASMovies. Is this true? If so - is the difference enough to change our reservations?

I have stayed at both and enjoyed both equally. My husband and I have stayed at POP for 2 different getaway weekends. We loved all the icons that we grew up with. I stayed at ASMo with my 3 kids who were 10, 7 and 4 and we all loved it. We got lucky and were in a Toy Story building which my youngest loves. I think the room accomodations and food court are very similar. POP has their own buses while the All Stars share. We were at ASMo during President's week and didn't find the bus situation to be that bad. Both POP stays were in January and again, buses weren't that bad. I guess I don't prefer one over the other. Enjoy your vacation wherever you stay.
