ASMo to Chef Mickey's?

We have an ADR for our arrival night at Chef Mickey's. What would be the quickest and easiest way to get there from ASMo? We are driving, so we have a car, but we may go to Epcot after we eat and I dont really want to have to drive there or worry about getting back to pick it up. Maybe a bus to Epcot and then the monarail to Contemporary? Any suggestions? Only two and a half weeks!! Just trying to get all these little details worked out. Thank you for any help.

If you're going directly from ASMo to Chef Mickey's, just hop the bus to the MK and then walk to the end of the bus lines and the Contemporary is just a few minutes walk farther. If you decide to go to Epcot afterwards, then hop the monorail at CR and change to Epocot monorail at TCC; bus from Epcot back to ASMo.

That is your best bet. Take the bus to Epcot & then the monorail over to the TTC, transfer to the resorts monorail & get off in the Contemporary. Or I also believe you can take the bus from EPCOT to the MK and walk to the Contemporary.

also allow enough time to get to Chef Mickey's, I would leave 1 hour prior to my time

I have the same question..but in reverse. We will be at the Magic Kingdom, then going to Chef Mickey's for dinner, since it is in early December Magic Kindgom will be closing fairly early and we will need to get back to ASMo after dinner. Any suggestions????

The bus runs up to 2 hours after the park closes. In the event that you were stuck, you can take the bus from the Contemporary to DTD & transfer to the ASMo bus....

Thanks for the reply....I am assuming we will not be able to go back via the Magic Kingdom. Historic trends have Magic Kingdom closing at 6pm, our ADR for Chef Mickey's is 6:30pm.

The buses will still be running from Epcot.

Monorail to Epcot then bus to ASmo which probably would be slightly quicker then bus to DTD then bus to ASMo

yes, zurgswife is correct, it will be faster to go via EPCOT. I was thinking later when I gave the DTD suggestion. If your ADR's are for 6:30 & the park closes at 6, you may just make it back for the last bus to the ASMo. If not, then you have the other alternatives ..... have a great time at Chef Mickey's.

You can always grab a taxi from the Contemporary back to your resort. way. Taxis are normally waiting outside all WDW resorts. If one is not there a Cast Member will get one for you right away. Very fast and reasonable way to get from one resort to another.

You could also monorail to Epcot and take the bus back to your resort from there.
