ASMo prferred room ?

O.K. I just got off the phone with CRO to price our stay at ASMo from Oct.11-18th.I have stayed at this resort 2 times already and had it booked last year but changed ressies due to a great rate at the moderates.I have always stayed in Toy Story.Last year I was even paying for a preferred room w/AAA discount because they had no more standard rooms available at this rate-they told me preferred was Fantasia but I still asked for Toy Story.Following me?
Well when I just talked to the CM she said preferred rooms were in Fantasia,Dalmations and Toy Story!!!!!I questioned her on this because I KNOW that Fantasia is the only preferred building at ASMo.She said that I must have just got lucky in the past when they gave me this building at a standard rate!Am I crazy?If I'm wrong please correct me but if I'm wrong I'll be amazed!I know I've even responded to others posts about whether the additional cost is worth it or whether Toy Story was convenient.
The other thing was when I first called WDWTC answered and when I asked for a AAA rate she told me I neede to book directly through AAA-wrong!So I politely asked to speak to CRO!!!

Maybe they changed it.
I know we were in Toy Story January 2002 and Fantasia was the only preferred section at ASMo then.

Toy Story is NOT a preferred section - we just got back last week and stayed there. I read on mousesavers that they have hired tons of new CM to answer the phones and they are not fully trained yet. I would keep calling until I spoke with someone who knows what is going on. Fantasia is the only preferred building.

When we booked our trip for ASmovies they asked us if we wanted a preferred room. I asked which were preferred and they said Fantasia.
We also stayed in dalmatians in 2002 and it wasn't preferred then either.

I did confirm that Fantasia was the only preferred building by another CM.I knew I was right!I didn't bother arguing with her because I was just pricing it-not booking it.What bothers me is that 2 times in 1 phone call I was given the wrong information.If I didn't know any better I would have payed for a preferred room and requested Toy Story!!She didn't hesitate at all when she answered me.She said"Toy Story has always been a preferred building.You must have just been lucky to get that section and payed the standard rate."
Oh well,good thing we have each other here!
