Asking for point usage breakdown

Can Member services email me a list of upcoming reservations and which Home Resort/Use Year points were used on which days? I need to know this for banking and future reservations if I need to cancel our T-Day trip. I'm working with a combo of 4 home resort/use years here.

I was doing well with knowing which points are being used on which days up until my last call to MS where the CM flipped a number of reservations around to free up transferred in points for 11mo home advantage booking and now for some odd reason it looks as though I have 8 of those transferred in points hanging around which should have been used (can't see these online).

You used to be able to see this online, but since online booking I cannot get the Points Activity Statement to work.

I can see activity and have downloaded it to a spreadsheet to which I've added columns for HR/UY usage the best I can determine. Since I'm also using in transferred/banked points between 2 upcoming trips (xfer pts never show online) in addition to my native home resort & borrowed points it is a bit complicated and I need the full picture.

They told me no when I inquired about this. I needed to know which of my points were used for a specific reservation that I was thinking about modifying (to see how many banked points were used - banked points that I wouldn't have time in my use year to reuse). They told me they could modify the reservation and let me know then. I used to be able to keep up with the points used for my reservations (4 home resorts), but I have just given up. Every time I modify a reservation, a waitlist comes thru, or multiple reservations are rolled into one my MS, the points used for that reservation are all changed.
