Hey, my family had timeshare at high point for around 20 years before giving it up three years ago, so I can tell you about it.

Pros - small, quant and safe atmosphere. Very unite. Not many kids. Screened in porches are nice. Can always find an empty BBQ.

Cons - really small. 1 small pool, playground always had an ant problem and is in desperate need of an update. They don't have a lot of money - takes a long time to update the units. Sofas and sofa beds were always uncomfortable.

Once I was married and started having kids, my husband and I decided to go somewhere else. We just found that it felt old and neglected, and not like an escape from him. The people that work there are awesome though, and the one aspect we really miss. FYI - photos on the website are at least 7 years old.
