Asking for advice on renting house or condo

Hi,
I thought my trip was cancelled, but thanks to a great (very unexpected) bonus from work and some extra Christmas money, it is BACK on! This is a surprise trip for my husband's 50th birthday. We will be staying from February 25 - March 5 (Friday to Saturday... 8 nights). I'm looking for a house, condo or townhouse with a private pool and hottub (spa). It can be 3 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3 baths.

I have no idea who to trust when reading the websites. Are there sites that I can absolutely trust? Does anyone have a great place that they stay that they could tell me about?

I want someplace that is relatively close to Disney. I also want a nice area (obviously!). Game room isn't necessary, but would be fun.

I know there are some great deals out there, but I am SCARED of booking a place and getting there and it's filthy or completely different than pictured. I know there have to be some safeguards, but I am new to this.
Grateful for any help!

(Oh... I did a forum search and couldn't find anything recent that fits the bill... I'm sorry if this is such a frequently asked question that you are all just sick and tired of it, but I get such great help here!)

Look at the Hotel & Accommodations Reviews section for people's actual reports. We stayed in a three bedroom condo at Windsor Hills in '09 and are doing the same thing in March. Windsor Hills also has townhouses and houses (I believe the townhouses have private pools; not quite sure about the houses).

You can also do a search of Windsor Hills for info.
