Ask Me Anything: Ask Carolfoy Anything

Is there anything that you do that really annoys Callum?

you'd probably be better off asking him :rotfl2:
no I know I do that really annoying thing of singing the shopping list round Tescos, you know,
'lets get the milk, ta di dah, now the fish, ta di dahhhhhh
where's the yogurt la la laaaa
we need some veg ta di dahhhhhh!'
what you mean I'm the only one who does that? :scared1: that's probably why it annoys him then

whats the drunkest you have ever been ?

When I lived in Scotland I was permanently drunk every waking hour for about 6 months it was a real problem and I was getting quite worried for myself! It was the main reason I moved as I could easily have had real problems!

Sounds like you've led a varied and interesting life Carol!

what other jobs have you done?

what's been your favourite job?

what's been your worst job?

what one job in the world would you never do?

What piece of career advice would you give Callum?

Hi Annmarie I don't think my life has been at all interesting!:rotfl2: I just potter on from one day to the next.

all jobs.. during school I worked in a hairdressers, a cafe and a restaurant at weekends (not all at the same time)
during college I worked in a chemists at weekends and school holidays
I worked as a beauty therapist in hotels and supplemented my income by working in the bars/restaurants and reception
newspaper offices
travel agents
estate agents
back to travel again!
favourite one is probably this one - travel is really interesting
worst one is probably the estate agents - very stressful and the laws re property buying in this country usually mean you're always letting down one person or another - very hard when its their lives you're playing with.
what I'd never do? I could never clean up sick!
I'm always telling him to just try his very best, he's unmotivated and quite lazy so he needs nagging constantly

who were you in your previous life?

what are you going to come back as next time ?

I was nefertiti (no idea who that is I just like the name!)

I'm going to be a huge fat tiger stalking the jungles in India and killing poachers for my fun

have you had any bad waxing experiences - similar to mine, in your lady region maybe ?

Have you actually been doing some work or were you just off having lunch?

What bad habit(s) do you have?

What is the most expensive thing you've ever bought (not including house, car or furniture)?

Are you good with money?

If you had a dinner party, which 5 DISers would you invite? And which 5 celebrities?

How would you like to celebrate your 40th Birthday?

OK, you seem to be coping a bit too well with this so time to up the ante a bit :rotfl:

Most embarrassing experience with a member of the opposite sex?

Have you ever wet the bed? As an adult?

Do you remember your dreams?

What are you scared of?

Would you stick by Callum no matter what he did?

Do you get on well with your parents?

How long were you married? Was it truly awful or do you have some happy memories?

What qualifications do you have?

You said before that you don't have regrets (or something along those lines) but is that really true - is there anything you regret having done (or not done)?

most embarrassing experience I really couldn't tell you here ;) but I'll give you another example, at age about 21 - 21 I was too vain to wear my glasses and though I recognised my friend in a car so went over to speak to him, sashaying across the street like a sex fiend :rotfl2: I leant in the car window to realise it wasn't who I thought it was and it was a really dirty revolting old man!

as an adult yes - when I was really ill after having Callum I couldn't hold it in and feed at the same time :rotfl2:

my dreams are really vivid but I do remember them really well, I'm always arguing with people in my dreams then I get shirty with them the next day and they don't know what they've done. I also have really erotic ones but that's another thread :rotfl2:

I'm not scared of anything, I don't particularly like spiders but I've got past my fears, so I'll protect you on ging gang gooley weekend

No. i don't think I would - if he turned out to be another Fred West/Ian Huntley type I would definatley disown him , I can't say I'd ever stop loving him but I'd definately have nothing more to do with him.

I get on really well with my mum, my dad and I are too alike, but he's really bigoted and racist and prejudiced (i'm sure this all started only after my sister died, I'm pretty sure he wasn't like it when I was a kid or was it justthat I didn't notice :confused3 )

I was married for 5 years then the divorce took about 18 months - he was disputing my rights to custody. I don't remember anything good about that time i'm afraid, it was just one long, hard learning experience

qualifications - nothing much to write home about, I took 10 exams (some were o' levels, some gcse - I was in the cross over year!) I took one A level in english Lit and did my BABTAC and CIDESCO in beauty therapy.
I have taken numerous exams for different jobs, like a property misdescriptions act exam, a lot of product knowledge stuff for travel and an insurance exam, so basically sod all squared in a box!

No. I truly don't regret anything, I have probably hurt people along the way but my true and loyal friends are with me 100%, I really don't dwell on the past, every thing I've ever done has made me strong

Hello dear friend,

If I said I may be visiting Plymouth in July what would your reaction be?

Do you drive and if so what thing really annoys you when you are out on the road?

You still work in a travel agent? have you ever been tempted so say 'computer says no' (as per the Little Britain sketch)

If you are 'Matt's Mother' , I am his 'Uncle' and Josh his 'cousin' what does that make us?

I would say a great big resounding :yay: :yay: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: and I'd dance like a banana!

I do drive although that is probably up for discussion in its self! what really annoys me is garage workers who expect me to know what is wrong with my car -I mean do they know how many flights go from Heathrow to Hong Kong every day?

I love 'computer says no' although I'm not a fan of Little Britain, I love to say it to really old people who don't get it!

I think we are siblings love, or I'm your sister in law (much better but I will lead you astray!:rotfl2: )

I can remember you being very generous Carol and offering me money for the holiday of my dream:hug: so to return your generousity I'm granting you three wishes, you can only spend them on yourself, so what would you wish for?

If Callum murdered someone would you give him a false alibi?

George Clooney is your hubby, he wants to adopt children from all around the world, what do you say?

What colour socks are you wearing today?

3 seater or 2 seater sofa?

Does your cat go through a cat flap?

Corrie or Eastenders?

What colour is your living room carpet?

What colour is your car?

Favourite sandwich filling?

Coke or Pepsi?

definately not unless it was his father then I'd back him all the way!:rotfl2:
no George would sell the kids to Angelina in return for bizarre sexual favours
I'm not wearing socks - I'm bare legged today the sun is out and its gorgeous here
I have both - I have a really big lounge, the 3 seater is mine and the 2 seater is Callums

the cat won't use he flap if theres someone in the house to open the door instead
Corrie all the time, eastenders is just too much like a bad marriage - I can't be doing with glorified domestic violence
apart from all the red wine stains its creamy gold (not my choice it was there already!)
my car is snotty green
don't really like bread so not a big sandwich fan but if I had to it's be prawn
either coke or pepsi, don't drink it much so would like either one
