She's got a great little meeting spot up at the top of World Showcase before you get to the Mexico pavilion. It was easily one of my daughter's favorite meet and greets last time we were there. She was awesome!

Word to the wise: the line is in the sun, and can get long (and moves slooooow). We bailed several times on our last trip and never got to see her. If she's a priority, my guess is lining up early before the sun gets unbearable would be the best option. We rarely hit Epcot near opening time, unfortunately.
