How exciting for her! Does her sister like BB?

Don't you like the "4 zone, 3 zone etc." idea?! I don't know when we started it but it has been how we count down for trips since I can remember. When you get to the "single digit zone" you are practically there! :cool1:

DD5 likes whatever DD8 likes! :rotfl2:

Seriously, they are the best of friends, so we are lucky in that respect...the thing is, even though they are only 2.5 years apart....there is almost a good 12 inches in height difference between them!!! (DD8 is in the 97% for height, and DD5 is in the 30% for height). The bball games between them should be interesting. :lmao:

Dani, thank you! Hope you are having a relaxing long weekend!

Mousemommy, my daughters (26 and almost 29) are also 2 1/2 years apart. They were 3 years apart in school. The teenage years were a bit challenging. The older one could do stuff the younger one couldn't etc. But they do grow out of that stage. :goodvibes

Hi all, We booked Art of Animation Nemo suite for our nov trip. We are a family of 6, DSs 9 (twins), DD 5, DD 2. The 2 year old is a HANDFUL. Very busy and strong willed, etc. And a napper. Which all plays into my questions/agony. Our last to WDW trips we stayed at WL and Poly because our DD5 was little and we wanted the convenience of the transportation. We were doing AoA now because of the space it has, but I'm STRESSED over the transportation. We'll be dividing and conquering some of the time with me taking the girls to MK by myself and the bus/mono/walk has me cringing with her being so 'busy'. Tempted to ram us all into a Poly or Beach Club even to get the better transport, but truthfully she is really too tall for a PnP so we may try to ship an air mattress? I'm all over the place and could really use the help. Oh, and putting us all in one room at a deluxe was an upcharge of about $1900. HELP!!! (and thanks!)

Hi JC! It sounds like I could pick your brains about teenage years and girls!! It is going to be a fun ride! BTW What is your itinerary like for your trip???

I think AOA sounds great!! We were tempted to stay there in Sept but we are going to try it next time. I agree that we also found the Poly great for little ones and transportation, but not too sure about the sleeping situation there for all of you. I think I would stick with AOA, at least the sleeping arrangements are a little better....maybe your little one will surprise you! Sorry I can't be much more help! But you have come to the right place!:rotfl:

We have done a legal six at both BC and the Poly and had no issues with space (although DD is only 1 and just sleeps with us on vacay). BC rooms were noticeably smaller though.

I'd go for the convenience of deluxe now and save AOA for when you can't book 1 room anymore. Although I say this as an admitted deluxe snob who is ruing the day my DD turns 3! :rotfl2:

Happy Memorial Day RC'ers! 6 more days!!!! :cool1:

Hi from St. Louis everyone! We will be leaving bright and early tomorrow morning. It's been a wonderful weekend and I loved being with my family. I'm hoping I can get the time off work to see my family at the end of June. :)

I have done 5 at Poly and GF. It was definitely a squeeze at the Grand because the room was much smaller but we managed. We will have a legal 6 at the Poly in August because my dd is 1 as well and she also sleeps with me. We will see how it goes but I think we will be fine. I will bring extra storage with us and we will be just fine.

You will be fine! Especially with having the lounge to spread out if anyone needs extra space. :goodvibes

I just noticed that we may cross paths in August. Although I am actually currently booked at AOA, if I can get a bounceback in a few days I'll be ch-changing back to my original Poly CL booking in a hot minute! :cool1:

I was just noticing your ticker. I think we've made about the same number of trips over the last 3 years. :eek:I feel better knowing I'm not the only one.;)Do you live close to Orlando?

You are definitely not the only one. Don't feel bad. We are from Ohio.

I've started to not tell certain people when we go though, because I get the . Especially the ILs. :sad2:

disneydreamin I will definitely check out the thread if I can get my bounceback! :dance3:

5 days. I'd better get packing soon!:banana::banana:

We kept our Dec trip a secret, and if we make it back in October I will not be telling anybody. They do look at us like we're nuts. I think most of my inlaws and family are nuts so I guess it goes both ways. The packing is always fun. It's the unpacking I hate. Sometimes my suitcases sit there for a week or more before I get around to it. Have fun.

Hi! Just checking in from the beach!:beach: So far we are having a wonderful time! My poor old dog made the long drive without any problems. My DD's cat and my dog are fine so that is one worry off my mind. Heading out for another long walk in the sand in a few minutes.

Sarah glad to hear that you are feeling so good!

Janet thanks for the Jeanette updates. Anymore pictures?

Christine and Sheila thinking about you both.

Dani so how is your east coast ocean?

Hope all the RCers are having a good weekend! :wave2:

 Linda!

So happy your sweet senior doggie is doing well. Our almost 17 yr old Maltese will be making the 12 hour drive to St Pete this coming Saturday. She is a good traveller and usually sleeps, but we are going to have a list of emergency Vets along the way.

Can you see the green coming over me as you walk in the sand?;) Enjoy!!

Hope our RCers are having a nice long weekend. We know Jeannette is enjoying her time away from real life and work!:goodvibes

Enjoy the rest of the holiday, dear friends! :grouphug:

Hello from the lovely Jersey shore! I am SO relaxed down here. I'm getting the best sleep of my life. I'm not as impatient with Daniel. I can actually just sit and relax. I am so not looking forward to going home tomorrow.
