I have lots of multi-quoting to go back on, and need to update the TR badly--but I'm taking a day hiatus. Yesterday was a whirlwind at home. The trip to WDW in October may be canceled ---- because by that time ---- we might be living there It was discussed yesterday, we're both ready and targeting for September. I am going to go down solo sometime in June to hunt for an apartment. We haven't told family/friends yet, so besides my Disbride's FB group--you're the first ones to know!! I'm trying to get my June trip in order today, so I won't be around much. Happy Monday

OMG! This news holds great promise for perpetual WDW TRs from you. You just have to keep us all posted, Deena. This is so exciting!!

Second chemo tomorrow. Hopefully it will go as well as last time. However, if I am off the DIS for a couple of days
pas, have a great time! Relax, enjoy your family and think of all of us sending you good thoughts for a wonderful vacation!

Just wanted to pop in to say HI! to everyone!

I haven't even started to catch up on this thread, but read the last couple of pages and am in tears over some of your troubles! I am so sorry for those going thru these trials! Like Jungle Cruiser, well, I couldn't said it any better. She took the words right out of my mouth as well of my heart.

I am no longer on chemo, not for the last 2 1/2 weeks, tube out of stomach, but I landed back in hospital because of internal bleeding again. They managed to stop it, got blood replaced and I am back home ( on Tuesday.)

No matter what, we ARE GOING to WDW in JUNE~
I don't know if you ladies know this, but JC and pas keep me going, I love them both dearly!


And I continue to contemplate replacing our last night at the BC CL with the GF SugarLoaf.
(only RPC standard available and that's not happening right now.)

We've missed you and we're glad you're back with us. You've been through so much, but I know that all of Jeanette's changes will provide a great distraction

Jeanette: Does DH know that Poly is off and Pop is on? Congratulations on the savings, but I have this sneaking suspicion that this may not be your final answer

I'm back from a great visit to Orlando and AKL. We had a wonderful time!
We loved the view of the peaceful savanna, and got in some relaxing swim time, as well as fun in the parks.
I was so glad I went on the Wanyama Safari. Lots of pictures, I want to frame a few and hang them.

I'll get busy backreading. I missed reading the latest from the RC gang.
Vacations are always such fun, but it's good to be home.

"53" Unbelievable I know. From May 2010- May 2011 I worked a lot and saved every dime to do what we did from May 2011- May 2012. I should just move there. That would make my life easier. I love Yc/BC but the Cl didn't Wow me the way Poly did.

Right? CL at the Poly is addictive. It's a perfect location and the lounge is just to die for. I don't think I could stay there without it either honestly. I know it sounds snooty but I feel like it's my vacation and I deserve it. I work hard all year, not just at work but at home too. Vacations are well deserved, not just by me but by all my RC friends!


PS- I took off a week in June. I need a BEAK!

My goodness have I missed a lot! Well, I decided to come back now that my life is definitely a lot more straightened out. It has been a stressful and depressing 5 1/2 months, but I finally have a job! I now work at Macy's and will be working in the Coats and Swim department!

I also finally decided on a career. I am going to get a Marketing Certificate at my local community college. It's a broad career so I have plenty of options and I think it fits me well. I think next summer I will do the Disney College Program, which I am so nervous about, and see what it's like to work for Disney. That is, if I get accepted.

I have also decided, and talked to DBF about it, that I want to move to the Orlando area after I graduate from college. I know that I will be leaving my family behind, but it's always been a dream of mine to at least live near WDW even if I don't get to work there. Just being near my happy place is more than enough. My mother even agreed to look at apartments with me after I graduate. She is happy knowing that I have goals after being stuck for so long.

I sure missed you guys and I definitely hope to stay here longer now that my life has turned around and I'm much more happier and satisfied with how my life is right now. I don't have any plans for a trip to WDW or DL any time soon, but I'm content with taking things one step at a time right now. Maybe my next WDW trip will be for my honeymoon. The idea of DBF moving to Florida has grown on him so hopefully he will pop the question before I graduate college because I want to move immediately after graduating.

Thanks! I'm going to work really hard to make things work out. As much as I hate school, seeing all my friends from high school graduate college this month really motivated me to step it up and get my life together so I can be successful. I know I have my family and friends who support me and I am so blessed to have each and every one of them. Including my RC Family.

I haven't been around much over the last month but wanted to come tell everyone hello real quick. I've been swamped with closing on our house, moving, end of the school year stuff, etc. I really hope things will calm down soon.

I was going to try to catch up. But, I've missed so much that I think that's an impossible feat! Hopefully, I'll have a little more time to stay on top of my DIS threads. Hate it when life gets in the way of DISing! I am looking forward to our trip more than ever. We need a vacation BADLY! I bought our MNSSHP tickets this past weekend as well as our tickets for the Villains Bash party for the ToT race.

I introduced myself way back in this thread. But then I made a decision and I was "cured". No more resort changing for me. I was a woman who could make up her mind.. a decider.. a woman with a plan.."

It's getting to the point where I am embarrassed to post where I am staying because it changes every three days. Literally.
And I don't see a firm decision being made anytime soon.
Will it be AoA with free dining?
2 rooms at a value with free dining?
2 rooms at a mod with free dining?
A passholder discount somewhere?
Bonnet Creek?
Fort Wilderness Cabin?

All are in the budget.

Who knows? Certainly not me. I'm afraid it's going to come down to drawing straws or something.
I am also the kind of person who feels completely overwhelmed if I'm starving and the restaurant menu has too many choices. Seriously. I can commit to many things in my life. Resorts are apparently not one of them.

So I'm back. And I have no idea where I am staying in 3 months time.
