I do the happy dance for you!!

I am excited because last night I added the BBB for our girls before our CRT dinner! DH was reluctant, thinking they would not like it, but my middle DD just out of the complete blue yesterday said "mommy why when we were at Disney did we not go to the bippidi bappidi boutique?" Just right out of the blue.

I told her it was because our youngest was still too young to do it then. And she said "oh!! so we can do it now right?? Oh yeah we aren't going back"

I just gave DH this look.... and of course by last night it was all planned. They will be happy.

That is perfect!!! That's what we did in 2009, then they were all done up before CRT! They didn't do it last year and we thought about it for this year, but I don't think they will be happy in the dresses in July heat, so...maybe next year! (if DD8 will still want to )

I know what you mean, I am confident she will have a blast though, and she loves watching her sisters have fun... I don't know what else I can tweak now for our trip!! UGH!!

Now I just have to wait until I can start planning next years! It must start happening before we leave in September. I think mentally it helps me to know that when we leave WDW, plans are already in the works to come back. Much like all of you I can see.

Now off I go to get on with the day...

pas I totally missed that you're staying at Pop. I may have to come visit you as well!

Wow, you disappear for a few hours and trips are planned!!! My DH and I are driving in September. However, I am confident when we get closer (it's all in the timing) he will let me stay. He will probably have to leave, but he loves to drive and can drive home without me...so, fingers crossed everything aligns itself and I can stay!!! I will need to find a new room, don't need a deluxe room at the BC...hmm, can anyone say GF?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just on the Theme Parks board and this guy surprised his DW with a trip on Mother's Day. The video he used to tell her had me crying my eyes out.

Sis, we can dress her up and bring her to the Harmony Barber Shop...they even have pixie dust...DD got an updo...too cute! We couldn't do BBB because it stressed HRH out....

I DID let HRH know about the Royal rooms this morning...she is super excited!!!

Pas: I hope you love the Royal Rooms as much as we did!!! You're close now!! I know it'll be great!!

I hope everyone else is doing well in planning and changing. I have a Poly HM suite on hold, but I think I've given up on it. I could book a LM room for a 4 night stay for less than the deposit. If we truly are going to swing DL in the trip--it's going to get expensive--and I will not waver on staying on property at DL.

We also need a new bed, new couch, and possibly bamboo flooring. Not to mention a replacement camera since I dropped mine in the sand and it died. I'm so close to paying off my debt consolidation and that is taking priority as well. I'm in panic mode since I'm only 2 1/2 weeks from going to 1 job.

We don't even know when we're going yet. He wants to go during the D23 Sip and Scream event, but the dates haven't been announced yet. Depending on how well I do at our community Garage Sale in June--I can make better changes. I am torn between doing a Royal Room again, and trying AoA LM. I figure I may as well try AoA while it's fresh and new. I've never even visited a value resort, let alone stay at one--so I guess we could check it out for 3 or 4 nights before flying cross country. I also thought about a 1BR villa somewhere so we could do laundry in the room before we fly cross country, lol. Eh, who knows. I need to get thru the next few weeks and see how life pans out. I just like how Disney is a distraction for me, and as long as I'm planning--it's a priority for me over things that I'd rather not think about.

finally after 8 fantastic Orlando nights....3 nights Myrtle Beach


I almost changed the whole darn trip

Welp, now that DVC is officially going to kill my beloved Poly I don't know what I'm going to do. I feel like I need as many trips as I can get before they ruin her.

pas, your trip sounds wonderful! When are you leaving? I know you are driving down straight through. Do you go 95? When we drive we do it in 2 days and go the inland route...however we have no one saying "are we there yet"?!

So here I sit this morning pricing out a WDW trip for Sept 28 - Oct 1st! If it wasn't for that darn airfare from the west coast it would be a no brainer! I'm sure there will be a good discount for rooms and I already have my ap. Can you believe at one time I had that time booked with free dining?

It's really silly of me to think about it .... since my family vacation there starts on Oct 14th and I have to be in Chicago on Oct 11th!

I just needed something cheerful today. Yesterday my DD and I decided that it would really be best for us to just not have a relationship ... it's been a long rough road. I'm not sure how this will work with my relationship with my grandkids. This is not the DD that I visit in So Cal ... she is my best friend. Okay no more pity party ....
