Hi RCers! :wave2: Jumping in on page 28. Sorry if I've missed anyone's special RC. :goodvibes

Everything about the Poly is so special. I don't understand how people can hate it. DS asks me everyday if we're really staying there thr whole time evade he can't believe he's getting to go for such a long trip. He absolutely adores the Poly. He especially loves the slide!!!
am glad your DS will be in his happy place for a nice long vacation. Good for you. :goodvibes

I know!! I feel like I am out of the club now...
Never out of the club. RCs of the mind count, too. :thumbsup2

You are all bad for an RC'rs health!!! :crazy2:
Wouldn't be any fun if you didn't change again... go ahead... I won't tell a soul. ;)

No kidding! I'm already missing my Poly. Maybe I'll have to cut CR or GF and do a few nights there :scratchin But which to cut??? The GF has the construction, but the CR is a bad rate. :confused3 Great. Now I'm annoying myself with my inability to just make a choice and stick with it.
YC-GF-BWI-CR... just add Poly too! Five is just as manageable as four. ;)

These OB items were just announced and I can't wait to get them in August. The poster in my signature is available now, too:goodvibes
Poster for sure. Sippy... yep! OB Ears... rounds out the OB trifecta nicely. :cool1:

I can't wait to watch wishes while swimming :lovestruc
Oh boy that sounds heavenly. Happy for you. :lovestruc

Feeling much better but did sleep a lot today. KOOK Ihad an OB sippy cup as a little girl in fact it might stillbe around here some place.
I put Magic elixir in your OB sippy for you... drink it down and you will be well, Bibbidy Bobbidy Boo! pixiedust:

About my recent change to WL, I am so excited. It's not often that I get to surprise my kids these days. :cool1: ...We will book at Poly one of these days. We haven't as yet, only because we had the opportunity to live on an island in the Pacific for a few years. Hubster thinks we've already had the Poly experience ,he's not sure if it will be the same. :rotfl: I'll get him to go for a split stay on a future vist. That beach is calling my name. :cool1:
Happy for your being able to surprise the kids with WL. Fun stuff. :clown: My DH is same about Poly. He is NOT a big fan. We've lived in FL for 20 years, and he and I used to go to a different sub-tropical beach every weekend around the state of FL for years. He would prefer have an atmosphere that he can't get so readily. I still don't mind a Poly fix every now and then...:beach:

Happy Friday All :surfweb: ...In less than 2 weeks I'll have an Orange Bird cup!! ((and maybe a hat, lol))
:beach: ...I told DH that I almost switched to Poly. ...Have a great weekend RC'ers!!
LuvLuvLuv, Tramadol was the only help I got after my crummy fall off the ladder. Nothing else did one bit of good. I hope it works just as well for you. :thumbsup2 ....I hope you will be happy with your POR/YC!!! I wish I was in your suitcase. It really sounds like a fun trip and is two of our favorites. And you get Royals, too. :cutie:;)

I belong in here. I am a notorious unapologetic resort changer. Multiple times. Over and Over.:rotfl:

Currently booked at AoA for our August trip AND have a deposit down for Bonnett Creek. We need space for five this trip since dd is bringing a friend.
I am leaning heavily in the AoA direction and moving Bonnet Creek deposit to our 2013 trip because I prefer onsite if possible and we have free quick service.

However, we just realized we could add a few more days to the trip so now I'm all up in the air again with trying to book the right price point.
Ideally I had hoped for an OKW one bedroom, but it will be a lot more money. And I'm excited to try AoA but don't want to add nights there because it pushes us over budget.
So I'll happily waffle in here with all of you if you don't mind:rotfl:

Look out though. I will declare my mind is made up several times, only to change it again. Don't trust me in that regard.:rotfl:

WELCOME!!! :wave2:
Admitting your problem is the first step in recovery, unfortunately, you may find us as enablers to your RC'ing ways...:rotfl2:

AoA looks like so much fun! It is definitely on my list of resorts to try!

Ladies!!! (and random gents)

I Need an Intervention

For the additional cost of $420--- my trip could look like this:
(Reminder: May 3-6 POR RR RV & May 6-9 YC CL GV)

May 3-5: POR Royal Room River View
May 5-7: Poly GV CL
May 7-9: YC GV CL

I have to admit, the meds are making me loopy, and I really need advice before I pull the trigger. 3 changes too much?? We don't have that much going on... so I thought enjoying the resorts would be fun. Thoughts? Comments? Complaints?

:confused3

I guess $420 is not alot of money...though I've made changes to save less than that! :rotfl2: When's the next time you're gonna make it to WDW, maybe just get them all in now???

If your looking to spend more time at the resorts the 3-way split makes good sense when you consider the time saved with going to the parks and DTD by staying at the Poly & YC for MK & Epcot and then throw in the convince of the water taxi to DTD from POR

:thumbsup2

:welcome: Waffling between resorts is what we all do well, so you will be in good company!! No apologies necessary!!

The pix of AoA just seems so cool... what area did you book?

Actually we also have a trip that totals 5 ... and we have basically decided on 2 rooms at POP with FD. To us, it's the best use of our $$ and gives us the most room, and we like the 4 beds with the 3 adults and 2 kids (13 & 7). And a nice plus, POP has mini fridges now.:thumbsup2

Whatever you do, it will be right for you! My daughter was looking at the Disney site last night and really loved the pix of the suites ....had to remind her that we have the LM rooms in October. :)

hmmm.... 2 nights at each resort ...well we have never had a split stay so I'm not a good judge!! With the parks days that you have, will this fit into your plans?? As Sheila pointed out, boat to DTD, great and staying in the MK and Epcot areas would be also great for when visiting those parks.

Of course, you can visit the Poly and have a nice dinner and stay an extra night at YC - which I know you both love....

I'm no help ... Where are you planning to stay for your fall trip?? I can't remember!

I say do it!! Getting to do all those resorts would be amazing!! If you and DH don't mind being on the go...book it!:thumbsup2

I think I have DH agreeing on out night out....we are going to Le Cellier for lunch, and then later on that night dropping off kids at Neverland Club and heading back to Epcot for some quality time:lovestruc! He doesn't want to make a table service ressie but we will just stroll, munch on what we like, sip an adult beverage and maybe watch Illuminations.

He doesn't believe me when I say I am over the anxiety of leaving them at the kids club! But they had so much fun, I'm all good with it this time! I am NOT going to waste precious adult time wringing my hands and fretting.;)

Not a romantic dinner but I will take it! Hey, 10 year anniversary deserves some time out right!!:goodvibes

That sounds like my DREAM night out in WDW. :lovestruc Also, I know the Neverland Club is better, but another option is to use use the Sandcastle Club at BC for super easy drop off/pickup for a WS date. Either way, have fun!!!

Luv, I would ABSOLUTELY do this!!! I was hoping you would get some time at Poly when you mentioned it before! The Poly/YC split sounds perfect. In fact, if we weren't trying all these resorts next February, I might do that. And the POR part can save some money and make your husband happy! After our POFQ/YC stay last week, I can absolutely confirm how important it is to have the mod first and deluxe last. I was so happy to check in at YC last Friday morning!

:wave2: Hi everyone! it's been a stormy afternoon at WDW so I am catching up on DIS!

We had a late lunch at Chefs de France and made it back from EPCOT before the skies opened up. It is finally clearing up, so I think we are going to head into the MK in a bit.

This was the view from our room this afternoon, quite an ominous sky.

Shelia, I am so sorry to hear you were sick :worried: but so glad to hear you are felling better.

LuvLuvLuv, that's a shame about your job. It's great you have you trip to make you feel better. I know a trip to WFW always makes me feel better :goodvibes

Jeanette, I am so glad HRH got the postcard. I always like to put a smile on a child's face! I hope you get some sleep, what are these doctor's appointments about? :( Take care of yourself my friend!

Janet :flower3: did you get any mail from me?

KOOK, where do you get the orange bird cups?!!!! We are here until Sunday, I think I might need one!

Pool is still closed and there is still thunder in the distance. Not going to the MK until the weather looks more promising...

Hi Sarah! Those skies look dark, but GF looks beautiful! How was Chef's? We had lunch there last week, and it's still one of our favorites. While Garden Grill is an arrival night tradition, Chef's has become an arrival day tradition. New CM, Nicholas, was our server and we'll definitely ask for him again next time. Hoping for better weather for you!

Forgot to thank KOOK for that orange bird merchandise info! I have the old version of that cup - the orange with the WDW logo and the leaves on top. It was my childhood version of the refill mug. I have to dig that up - think it's at my grandmother's house!
