GEEZ!!! you let yourself do one stinking change and all of a sudden you remember how easy it is....and all scenarios start coming back....stay tuned, hold please, this next one might be a shocker!!! Anyone wanna guess???

I figured, if I were going to try CL, it would be at AKL because it's most reasonably priced...(I had been booked there at one point), but I really want WL...

Today I miss the Contemporary. If there were a May discount for it, I would have probably booked there. DH is excited for the Royal Rooms--I am beyond ecstatic for the YC--so I think all is good.

I had to call off work last night and all day today--the new Rx tried to murder me as well, and now they have finally figured out that NSAIDs are not for me. We went for the Tramadol this time. I will be excited to be back to normal. I haven't had the strength to pack, but I feel like I need to get things in order.

My job is done June 1st. I'm very upset about this because I will have to pay back $850 of my severance for my vacation because I'll be over our prorated alottment. I thought about canceling--but DH said I need to go for my sanity. He's probably right--I need the YC. 2 weeks from now we will be in PA, and will be headed to the airport at 4:30am.

I haven't done a bunch of pre-trip shopping, but I may order the Croc Capri Canvas flops. My tone-ups have served me well, but I think they're worn out after several trips. Tomorrow is pay-day.... so it'll be last call for anything I want to order. I've been tanning a lot so that I don't get fried. I love being italian--you go from pale to super tan in no time!!

I am sorry about your job, I know how that is. I was laid off 3 times between 2008 and then end of 2009!!!! It was crazy, luckily I was able to find a new job right away and for even more $$$$, until the last layoff, that's when I took a job at my current employer and took a $12,000 paycut!!!
However my leap off faith paid off because I LOVE my current employer, hands down the best place I've ever worked, and I have been able to recoup all of what I took in the paycut and then some, as I was promoted pretty quickly due to my experience. Everything will work out!!!

Off topic, but I never made a ressie change that resulted in an actual refund coming to me...my other one they just transferred money from one ressie to another...how long does it usually take...it was a debit card...I know they say 7-10 days but does it really take that long??? Just curious.

DH and I went to lunch and discussed our next trip and we are seriously looking at going back to US and staying PBH in March and F&W in the fall of 2013.

I am glad I can live vicariously through all my RC friends to get me past a long wait for my own trip.

Of course I was reading a TR today and was overcome with the thought of a Christmas trip to GF

I can't wait to see what your final plan is! You really inspired me to go for a big split. When I see you write about your go-go-go boys I know exactly what you mean! Mine are the same way, I just hope my little princess doesn't throw any kinks in our plans. It should be fine as she's used to life with 3 busy boys at home.

Thank you for the birthday wishes for DD! She had a great time at her party,

Quiet sounds good to me too. I was up until 4:30 am with what I think was a mild case of food poisoning. I am blaming the seafood salad I had at lunch yesterday. I was never so dizzy before in my life and minutes before we were going to head to the hospital I started throwing up

Long story short I laid on the couch next to my trusty bucket which came in handy a few more times my dizziness slowly easing to what is now a bad headache. I ate a few crackers and so far so good.

Bed rest sounds good to me today too.

I almost changed POR to Poly. I was on the phone making a YC payment, while she was doing that, I was pricing Poly--and when she asked if there was anything else I needed... I started to stutter... but said no thank you. I can do a lot with $612. Then I looked at OKW--but then again... I can do a lot with $434. DH really wants POR, so I should just leave it. There's always another trip

Well, to make a long decision short, I still can't get WL out of my mind. When I booked the May trip I checked, but at that time they didn't have any rooms with the military rate available.
On a whim, I called this morning just to see if there were rooms available for our dates next month. GUESS WHAT??? I was able to get the two rooms I needed.

I'm not going to tell my daughter and her fiance until the day before or so. I know they'll be so happy, will be fun to surprise them.
And the icing on the cake is we have courtyard views. I love, love, that view. It is just wonderful to open the doors to the patio and enjoy!
Ahhh...Wilderness Lodge. I'm coming home!

On a whim, I called this morning just to see if there were rooms available for our dates next month. GUESS WHAT??? I was able to get the two rooms I needed.

I'm not going to tell my daughter and her fiance until the day before or so. I know they'll be so happy, will be fun to surprise them.
And the icing on the cake is we have courtyard views. I love, love, that view. It is just wonderful to open the doors to the patio and enjoy!
