And a hubby who is jealous of my "phone time"

So this is our very first trip to WDW!!!

Our group consists of myself 31 my DH 36 my DS 8, and DD 6 and my big sister, old enough to drink!! She won't let me post her age lol

At the airport now and should be boarding in less than 20 minutes!!

We will be staying Sunday to Sunday at the AoA!!!

Can't wait!

Wow!!! Arrived on time

ME was mobbed with people so it took about 25 minutes to get on a bus.

From the airport we first stopped at BC and then at POP. Finally arriving at AoA an hour and 20 min later. Some rain :/

I had already completed the online check in at home so was able to walk right up to a counter!! And lo and behold our cast member was from our city!!! She was extremely helpful and answered all of our "first timer" questions!

Only downside was that even though I had thought (which I'm darn sure I did) book a Nemo room, we were booked in a Cars suite. Small face but really, we were so excited to get here she could have said we had a tent and it would have been ok!

After getting to our room and jumping on the beds and taking pictures and playing with the Murphy bed we were finally hungry!!

Land of Flavors was awesome!! I had a meatball sub on ciabatta bread, DH and my sis had build your own pasta and the kids had cheese pizza

Since we had the resort mugs, we all chose bottle milk as our beverage so that we would have it for our in room breakfast

We walked away from that meal with two bags of grapes, two bags of apple slices, a slice of cheesecake, a large cookie, and five bottles of milk!! I'm kind of worries the dd may be more food than we can handle .....

Kids are at the pool working up and appetite for Chef Mickeys tonight!!

Holy Moly!!! What a day!!

Jammed pack and we haven't stepped foot in a park!

After the kids swim we got ready and prepped do our dinner date with Mickey and friends

Kids were super psyched!!

Took the bus to MK and rode the monorail to Contemporary. That was soooo much fun!! Buses were running quickly so it took 15 from AoA to MK and with the wait for the monorail plus walking another 15

Arrived early for our ressie so we walked around a bit and checked out the stores.

I remembered Josh over at easywdw.com doing a review on watching the fireworks from the outside staircases so that was our plan for after dinner.

We took out pics with "Chef Mickey"... I put that in quotes because I thought it would be the real Mickey but it was a small statue. Which was ok and our pic came out great!!

We did preordered photopass+ and we were able to redeem our voucher there at the restaurant. Our package was awesome!

A little pixie dust was sprinkled on us during dinner. Two very nice young girls came over and gave us some Fast Track passes. They weren't able to redeem them all and they are leaving in the morning so asked us to have them )

After completely pigging out and seeing our first and best characters we headed out to the third floor staircase. We had the BEST view of MK!!
And boy are those fireworks LOUD!!

After that we fought the crowds to get back to AoA. We were prepared for it so the ride was as pleasant as could be

When we got back to the room the kids were shocked to see that "Tink" had left them a surprise!! New pj's with promise of more gifts throughout the week!!

Now I'm off to bed!!
