As if Charley and Frances weren't enough!!!

I just saw this on the www.cruisecritic.com boards...

I am DEFINITELY glad I bought trip insurance. If this one pans out to be like Charley and Frances, we will be heading to Las Vegas, because I'm not going anywhere near Florida.

Of the nine named storms this year, only one has not had some effect on the US and that was Danielle. Otherwise, some people have had to deal with Alex, Bonnie, Charley, Earl, Frances, Gaston, Hermine (Cape Cod).

And who in their right mind would give a storm a name that is often followed by "the Terrible" Bad choice of name. I know "I" is a tough letter to start a name with but how about Irene, Isabella, Igor, or Ignatius. Heck, this is the DIS--how does Iago sound??? Much better than Ivan to me

My husband and I were just saying the same thing! We decided we will spackel and repaint all of the holes we are making sometime around Christmas!!

I am laughing so hard at this!!! I was just out on the cruisecritic website about 15 minutes ago and I said the exact same thing! I can already hear the newscasts overusing this name!
