As an adult...would you get a Birthday button?

my mom wore a birthday pin during a trip for her 40th, she got lots of happy birthdays from cms. we also had a shirt made for her with the princesses which said "its my 40th birthday & im celebrating at wdw".

My 50th is this year in July (How did that happen? I don't feel that old.). I will be going to WDW the end of September and plan on getting a birthday button. After all the trip is a birthday present, so why shouldn't I have some fun.... Get the button, have fun and enjoy!

I've been debating a similar situation: our trip isn't until early November (due to DH's work schedule), but the whole reason we are going this year is because I'm turning 40 and that's how I want to celebrate!!! However, my b-day is actually this Sunday, and being SO far away from our trip, I thought it would be pushing it to wear a button. I may get a T-shirt made up, though, just indicating the celebration.

It also happens that we arrive the day before my DS's birthday, so HE will definitely get some attention (much to his horror, I'm sure!).

Where'd you find the sweatshirt? We'll be at WDW for DH's birthday in June and I wanted to surprise him with a t-shirt. Did you get a custom one at Disney Online, or find one pre-printed somewhere?

Yes, custom sweatshirt at Disney Shopping online. Right after Christmas, they were only $11.99!!!. I was going to get one for all of us and when I went back to the website, they were up to $22.99!!!

We got a B-day button for my wife last trip. It was great! Dozens of people, not just CMs, wished her a Happy Birthday! We walked into the Christmas store in MK and the CM behind the counter called my wife over and handed her the phone. It was Goofy wishing her a Happy Birthday! We were blown away! Too cool!!!
