Art's shuttle?

Has anyone used this service and can you tell me what your experience has been? We are planning to use them from MCO to Holiday Inn cocoa beach. I just read a very negative post on them and was wondering if there were more bad experiences out there.

They had a great rate of $65 for the 4 of us. Because we'll be flying all night and anxiously wanting to get to our hotel. I just wanted the fastest, cheapest, easiest route.

We used them in June and had no problems what so ever.
The van that we went to and from the airport was a nice mini van. The drivers were very friendly.

One thing to note is that if you are delayed, make sure you keep them up dated. We sat on the plane for about an hour and I called to let them know what was going on 2 or 3 times. This way they don't keep a driver waiting.

Our driver on the way back also let us know that if we had a late flight, they would hold onto our luggage while we did an outing that they would drive you to. I don't know if they have a limited choice or if you can do anything.

We'll definitely use them again.

We used them in April to go from port to KSC for the day. It was cheaper than renting a car. They were very nice. The driver was informative and flexible. Gave us his phone number so we could call and stay later.

We had great service with them back in Sept. '03 (sounds so long ago when I say it like that! )

But they picked us up from the Doubletree Cocoa Beach right when they said they would, and got us to the port by about 11:15. They were courteous and informative, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
