Artist's Pallette Watercolor Paint

In the Artist's Pallette there are various artists that do charactitures. Last time I was there I had a long talk with a lady who uses water color where you put the various colors on your pallette, and use a hairdryer to "cement" them to the pallette. She gave me the name of them--I think they were from Sweden. I now can't find the piece of paper with the info on them and want to order them.

Did anyone else get this info? Or know of the supplier?
