Artist Point or Brown Derby?

We are going Oct 29-Nov 5. It'll be me, DH, DD10 & DD7. We are staying at WL, so I thought we should try Artist Point, but we've never been to the Brown Derby either. I've looked at the menu's for both, and both look good, so I can't decide!

artist point is one of the best places to eat! the salmon is sooo good and i'm not a big fish fan. i have to say everything we had was wonderful!

Brown Derby had the best food of any restaurant we ate at on our recent trip. That would be my pick!

We have eaten at both and loved the non-rushed feeling of AP. I thought the food was far superior. That is not to say we did not enjoy Brown Derby, we just thought AP was better. Neither is a bad pick & I think you will enjoy both.

Artist Point for sure. Brown Derby used to be one of our favorites, but it's been "dumbed down" over the years (we are the kind who like exotic stuff). Still, if you go be sure to try the Cobb salad. Mmmmm! Artist Point has the best salmon; buffalo is good too, and for appetizers try the venison spring rolls.

While the Brown Derby is good dining, IMHO it doesn't come close to Artist Point. To be clear, we rate AP among the top 2 or 3 restaurants at WDW. Unfortunately, Brown Derby is much lower in our top ten, if we even think of it.

Why AP? Because its so unique. The menu has choices you just won't find elsewhere, the service is outstanding, the wine list is expansive and the atmosphere is wonderful. All in all, a great dining experience.

While both are good, we would definitely choose AP over BD any day. ;)
