ART vs POFQ

Originally, we were staying at AKL in two weeks, but due to budget restraints we changed to POFQ. We've always stayed at value resorts, except a one night stay at AKL last year. Now I'm wondering if we shouldn't stay at ART. We have DD-2yo and DD2-1yo. So, which would you choose?

If you have a vacation package you are now well inside your 45 day limit, so any changes would incur a change fee. Of course this doesn't apply if you have a room only reservation.

You also would have to check availability. AoA (I'm assuming you are talking about a Little Mermaid room, since the family suites would be much more expensive than a POFQ room) may be pretty booked up by now.
