We like Art, but he hurt our dd's feelings years ago during a pin trade. It was years ago, but we always "joke" about it now when we see Art on the BC.

My DD, Monica also traded with Art her first pin. We were staying at the Beach Club for the first time and we saw Art in the lobby. He makes such a presence in the lobby. My DD saw his lanyard and wanted to know about it. He explained to her how to trade. We went and bought her a pin to trade him. He was so sweet and kind to her. Now our whole family is pin trading and to think it all started with her first pin trade with Art. I have a picture I will send to you. Thanks for taking the time to honor Art.

Art - I have not learned how to copy and paste our digital pictures on the DIS boards; however, I would like to share some thoughts as to how you have made our family vacations extra special. In 2006, we went to our home resort (BCV's) for the first time and the moment that our kids met you, we could tell the special gift that God has given you in being able to relate to people --- making people feel good and relaxed. We truly love you and hope you remain at the Beach Club for many years to come. It is nice going to a place, where we can expect to see a familiar face each year. We feel truly blessed to own at the BCV's. I am sure, as our kids age from year-to-year, it will be fun looking back at all of the pictures and we hope you are a fixture in our family album as we look forward to many more vacations at the Beach Club. Thanks for all of the wonderful memories!

We only stayed one night at the BCV this past March but recognized him right away. I was too embaressed to ask him for a picture with my kids--sort of viewed him as a "celebrity type"! I would be happy to contribute to the scrapbook by sending you some stickers or embelishments. I am not sure how you scrapbook--digital or not or what you might need. I'd like to contribute in some way. PM me with what you might need as far as supplies and I'll mail them to you.

What a wonderful gesture!

The BC has always been special to us and Art is a wonderful addition!
Ever since he started there we look forward to his greeting. His infectious smile and welcoming personality make any visit there all the more special! He is the perfect embodiment of the Disney spirit!
