ART Pass Question?

Traveling to Disneyland in July for the anniversary. Booked a package with the Walt Disney Travel Company and the ART pass was included. Traveling with children ages 6, 11 and 14. My recent correspondence stated I only had 3 ART passes. What's up? Is it perhaps that the 6 year old travels free. Anyone know the answer? Thanks

Yes, the ART pass is for 10+, and children 9 and under go free with paying guests.
