Art of Disney Custom Sketches

This is a longshot, but does anyone know if the Art of Disney shop at Disney Springs are taking custom orders for sketches?

This is a trip tradition we do. We went last September and basically because of the cut backs, There's now only one location where you could order them from (used to be one at MK and Epcot) and they were so back logged they couldn't provide a date when they would be finished and only ship to US address (we're from the UK). You could pick up completed sketches (not custom) from a handful of locations. We're over next month and hoping this has changed

I’ve never heard of these. What are they?

We went to the Art Corner (near the carousel) in DS this past November and my son was able to sit for a sketch of himself as Ironman. We also got custom names done (they took our order and we picked it up later that day). Highly, highly recommend this place.
