Art of Animation or Pop Century for Summer 2018?

What are your suggestions of where to stay out of these two for this summer (late June-early July)? I know Pop is currently undergoing renovations, are they still going to be going on this summer? Also, I read that AOA was undergoing renovations too but couldn’t find much info on it.

Looking for fresh, decently recently renovated rooms, less current construction the better and a bonus would be ease of transportation with the buses.

Since the Gondola construction is between these 2 resorts, this one is a toss up.

The theming for both is very nice, but my preference would be AOA. This is just my opinion. Hope this helps and enjoy your trip!

Depends on size of group. Family suites that sleep 6 are just at AOA

If you are just getting a straight up normal room, POP all the way

The only normal rooms in AOA are the little mermaid and they are miles away from the main stuff and even the old pop rooms are better.
