I'm staying at Pop but I think I read Art of Animation has make your own pasta?

My son is running 1/2 marathon in November and need to eat pasta on Friday and Saturday night to load up on carbs.

1. Does anyone know up to what time he can order pasta on Friday and Saturday nights?
2. Are they decent?

Thank you.

I can't comment on #1 but re: #2... I heard that many locals will leave work and p/u lunch at Landscape of Flavors. When locals patronize a place..... esp locals in an area where there is a huge amount of restaurants to chose from..... it'a usually good! We have plans to eat lunch here next month and I am probably getting the make your own pasta

Im sorry that I don't know the hours but I will say that it was very good! I would assume that the line is open as late as the restaurant. Be prepared to wait a while. I probably waited 30 minutes for mine start to finish beginning at about 12:45 for lunch.

Does anyone or is there a list of available items for the pasta? Besides shrimp and chicken TIA

Actually if the food court closes at midnight, that doesnt mean all stations are open until midnight. Usually its the burger station that will remain open til midnight. The other stations might close earlier than that.

I say midnight because thats usually the closing time as ive been to pop several times in august and even october, and thats when it usually closed.

I've heard good things about this pasta! Not sure if you're wondering how early or late he can get it, but I think it starts at lunch time? That is true that if the food court is open until midnight, by close to that time not much is available. Once at Pop we tried to get dinner at like 11:30pm, and only one station was open with a super long line. It was better to do a grab & go thing or what we did (eat our leftover cold pizza in our fridge).

I can't answer your question, but I loved Landscape of Flavors on our last trip. I had the pasta one night and it was delicious! It took about 15-20 minutes for them to make.

Yes! Thank you!

We were at AoA last month and I can say that the list of "other toppings" is now significantly shorter. There were only 2 or 3 meats (I know there was shrimp and chicken but I can't remember if there was anything else). There was no longer broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, or roasted peppers on the list -- those are all things I would have added to my pasta so I know they weren't available. I know that green peas were still on the list because that was the only thing I added. I'm 100% sure that broccoli was on the list *last* year when we were there (I have a picture of my pasta and there was definitely broccoli in it) so I'm not sure when that dropped off but it seems like an odd thing to get rid of. I think there were only 4 or 5 non-meat toppings available. I love the create-your-own pasta station!! It's one of my favorite meals at AoA. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my meal to be ready (but we try to eat at "off" times).

I tried the pasta and thought it was absolute garbage. Overly greasy, flavorless, cafeteria style swill.

I loved AoA but I was not a huge fan of Landscape of Flavors. I did get the make your own pasta, which I was really looking forward to, but found it very greasy and bland. The chicken was also a bit spongy.
