Why do Virgin ask you to enter the number of children (2-16) and infants as 0-2.

The rooms, All Stars, as an example, allow 2 Adults, 2 children and 1 UNDER 3 in a cot. But when I select this as my room choice with my details (2 adults, 3 children 2-16) it says not enough room in room. So I select 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant, (which technically is a lie as he will not be <2 he will be 2 and a half), it still says that the room cant take us.

ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!, help me

I think you need to phone them. We bought our DD a seat on the plane when she was under 2, the website wont let you do that either. You need to speak to a real person!

I feel your frustration Steve! I think the Internet is great for 90% of stuff but it can't always cope with anything slightly out of the ordinary can it?

Good luck getting it sorted. We had 2 weeks at the All Stars in December and loved it - have you been before?

Hi Miffy

Yes we stayed there at the Movies in 2002 with our 2 girls. But our little lad, Joshua will be 2 in december 05 so we are all going back next year for 3 weeks. The prices seem to have just been released by Virgin for upto Oct 06 and they seem quite good. 3 weeks at the all stars for all of us in July 06 comes out at 3991.00 which is pretty good. We paid 3600.00 in 2002 for 18 nights for the 4 of us.

It's because you have to pay for a airplane seat for >2's and is nothing to do with the hotel! Virgin system obviously isn't sophisticated enough to deal with this.
