Arrrg trying to get Illuminations Cruise

I called on time...got through at 7:03 and got Disney Dining for some reason. Yes I know I hit the right number I can see it on me cell. I got someone who had no idea what they were doing and I tried to explain what I wanted she put me on hold...first mistake for me. I should have hung up and started over. No she comes back at 7:07 asking me what I was looking for again and that she would have to transfer me...I know that!!! So at this point I figure I have lost it anyhow so I ask for Dinner at Chef Mickey's...mistake number two for me. She sighs and says ok what is your reservation number, I say I have no reservation number I am trying to make one, she says Oh. Hold for one minute. It is now 7:09. Mistake number for me 3 I do not hang up. I wait until 7:11, she comes back. She asks where I want to eat again. I say Chef Mickey's for dinner. She says OK what is your dining plan number. I say I don't have a number, it is 7:12, she says oh. Well you don't have dining where are you staying. I tell her off site and she sighs. Ok what time do you want breakfast...I am not having breakfast I would like dinner ok hold for a minute. She sighs it is now 7:17, I say you know what I am going to call back and try to get a cruise. She sighs I say thank-you anyhow and hang up---yes I was nice, lol. OK drumroll please.....I called and got through at 7:23 this time to recreation??? I got my cruise! I can't believe it. DS will be 13 that night and what a huge surprise. Thanks for listening to me whine.
