Arriving @MGM

I will be coming from DCL. If I get off DCL @ 7:30AM what time should I get into MGM? Keeping in mind that I am going to be stopping at the Avis rental car by PC, stopping at the Beach Club resort and taking the boat from MGM. This will also be happening on July 27. Please, I need help!!!!!
