My sister is flying in on the day of the cruise. The rest of us are coming in 2 days before. Her plane arrives at 11:00 am and we are planning on meeting her and then all going to the port together. If her plane is late, I have her boarding documents so we can't really go to port without her and check in and have her meet us there. I checked Southwest's schedule and there is another plane that arrives at 3:30, but I think that is pushing it. Of course I'm assuming the worst here. I'm thinking about expressing her documents to her and making arrangements for transportation to the port in case something does happen. Do you think this is over kill? I'd really like for us to all stay together and arrive at the port at the same time but would also like to have an alternate plan just in case. What does everyone think?
How late can one arrive and still making the 5:00 pm sailing?
