Arriving kind of late at MCO

My flight lands at 7:25 pm and I'm using ME to get to the hotel. How late do you think they would deliver my luggage? And if I put out the do not disturb sign would they take it to bell services? I plan on a carry on for the night and next day. Can I tell bell services to just hold my bags until I call for them the next day?

Standard practice for seasoned travelers is to put everything you need for the first 24 hours in a carryon.

It will take several hours (I've heard 4 or more) from when you land until your luggage shows up. When you get to your resort tell bell services to hold your bags until you call them the next morning. Then, be sure to hang the "do not disturb" sign on your door.

Just FYI, I once asked them to hold the luggage at bell services and put the do not disturb sign out because of a late arrival. This was several years ago. They knocked on my door in the middle of the night to deliver my luggage.(Don't remember the exact time, but it was well after midnight) Since then, if it is late, I just get my luggage myself and bring it with me on Magical Express. If I am arriving in the am or before supper, I let them handle the luggage.
