Arriving from two cities and using ME

My DSis, DBIL and Dnieces are joining us at our Kidani villa in October. They will be flying out of Detroit and DH, DD, DS and I are flying out of Chicago.

I just went to reserve ME for all of us from the dvcmember web site. It pulled up the reservation information and our home address and I entered all the flight information for the Chicago flight. Then it asked about family members arriving on a different flight and I added DSis's information. However, it didn't give me an option to enter her address so I'm assuming that all of the ME vouchers and luggage tags will be sent to our house.

Should I go back to the reservation and delete all of their flight information, then go back to the start of the reservation system and input the reservation number again and start a seperate ME reservation for them? I'm afraid that then everything will be linked to DSis's address. Maybe I should just call Member Services to get this sorted out?

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have people from two different cities sharing a villa, so does anyone have any advice?

You did it right. All the information will be mailed to you. You have to send your sister her tags and vouchers. No way around it.

Don't bother changing around the information and addresses in your DME reservation.

Also send your sister a copy of the DME instructions brochure.
