Arriving early at Explorers help

Good morning!!

I hope I can get more help here...

We are arriving at the Explorers Hotel probably before noon. WAY before check in time. I have put in a request for early check in, but they can't guarantee that will happen.

Will they hold our luggage until our room is ready?

We plan on taking the train into Paris that first day. So, if we cannot get into our room, we hope to store our luggage at Guest Services.

How late will we be able to get them out of storage? Are they open late?

yes, the Explorers hotel is the same as the onsite ones - if your room isn't ready, you can store your luggage there for free . The luggage stores usually close at 10pm each evening.

Not sure about closing times for the luggage rooms, but when we were staying at Kyriad 3 weeks ago, we only got back to the hotel at about 11.30 pm.

We arrived that morning at 9am, and put our bags in the luggage room, and it was still open when we got back at 11.30 pm.
