Arriving Earlier...Change Plans?

Just found out that our flights have changed for July 11th and we will be getting to Orlando at 9:30am instead of Noon...originally we were going to hang at the hotel and do the marketplace Friday and not start going to the parks until Saturday.

We are staying at AKL for 2nights and then over to BWV...was going to get the 1 day AK pass for Saturday and then our length of stay pass through DVC for Sunday-Friday....should I adjust our plans for Friday or just plan on still doing the pool, hotel, Disneymarkeplace?

Once we landed at 9:38 so we got our Dollar rental by using FastLane, dropped our luggage at AllStar Music and had breakfast at Epoct. I'd jam in another park day with an arrival time like that. We were given a number to call to check on our room. We got the room number and our luggage was in the room when we got there.

Same for me. Our last trip, a change in business commitments let us arrive at 10:30 AM rather than 7 PM. To me, that's pennies from heaven. Personally, I'd get my butt down to Epcot and immerse myself in immediate magic (or AK if that's your pick!). There's still, of course, nothing wrong with a day of DTD, pool, and a nice meal at a resort (Ohanas?). But if you're asking advice, get thee to the parks. I'd also see it as an extra night at PI, but that's just me.
