Arriving Christmas Eve, after 10:30 PM

Does anyone know where we could go to grab a bite to eat at that time?
Our food court, CSR closes at 11:00 PM and we will probably be too late till we arrive with ME. Because it is Christmas Eve, will Downtown Disney (mainly Earl of Sandwich) close early due to the holiday? I'm not talking TS restaurant, just good fast food. We are at Disney at least 2 times a year but have never arrived this late into the evening and at a holiday.

Any suggestions? (we have a 21 yr. old son and 15 yr. old son , it is also my DH and myself) - the boys will be very hungry.
I know we could eat in the airport, but we LOVE Disney food, any of it!

Once we arrived late and we got food at Capn cooks at the Polynesian. We did have a car then so it was not a big deal. It was fun, to head to the Poly stop.. they said checking in.. I said "nope we are just here for food!" The look they gave me! Priceless! I think at that time Captain cooks was open 24 hours. check the restaurant hours.
