We are flying in to MCO and arrive at 6:50 I’m not sure which park we will do that day but what is your best guess for our first fast pass time at each of these parks depending on what we decide to do?
HS?
Epcot?
AK?

We will get to the boardwalk inn and check our stuff at Bell services then head to the park pretty much immediately either walking there or an Uber to AK so we don’t have to wait for buses or boats...

10 AM is probably a safe bet, but we've had times on DME where it takes a long time to get to the resort because it is the last stop. It should make no difference which Park you're going to though.

A bigger question is what transportation are you using from MCO to the Boardwalk. In theory, if using DME, you should be at your resort by 8:30A. Assume 30 minutes to drop carry ons and check in, then an hour (on the extreme range, but safe) to get to a park, 10A should work well.

i would agree with 10. That gives you10-11.
Expect DME to take 45-90 minutes depending on if you are the first or last stop.
Be sure to have what ever you need in your carryon and no in your chekced luggage.
If you rent, Uber, or use another car service, you should be at the resort in 30 minutes. We like rental or a car service so we can stop at a grocery store and get our breakfast/snack items before we go to the resort.

I'd personally be even more aggressive. If you're coming in at 6:50 are you taking a red-eye for west coast, or an insanely early flight on east coast? Coming from west coast you likely have some tail winds so may even land 10-20 minutes earlier. If you don't need to collect bags to do carry-on. Then you can be on the bus pretty quickly.

In my experience having taken red-eyes from west coast, when you show up at that time of morning you're one of the only ones there. You don't wait for the bus to fill up, and you're departing pretty quickly. I'd give it a 50-50 if you're at the resort by 8am, and the worst case is 8:30 am. I'd opt for the 9am FP... you have an hour window and then still a 10 minute cushion if you miss the window.

We are east coast - our flight departs ar 5:15am!! Luckily we are 10 minutes from the airport. We will be using DME and our checked bags will be picked up by them. DH and I each carry on a back pack - then we rearrange them on the bus - one as a park bag and the other is checked at bell services. I’m thinking we will uber to AK since I doubt we will make it to HS in time to grab a BG so I’m thinking 9am FP for DINO then EE and FOP so DINO can be a throwaway if we don’t make it !
