Arriving 10pm. Would you do MagExpress or get a Limo?

With the limo, we have to get our bags but then it's a straight shot to the hotel. With ME, they get our bags but we may stop at a few hotels before ours (POFQ). Which do you think would be faster? Since we arrive so late, I really want to get the kids to bed as soon as we can.

I'd go with a car service, just because that's what I prefer. I used www.sunraytransportation for my last trip. They were great and I was at my resort in about 40 minutes, no one at check in, so I was in my room and unpacked 1 hour after landing. This was at noontime, though, not 10:30pm. Nothing wrong with ME, but I just prefer car service.

You can read my most recent Sunray review on my website if you want more details.

we will be arriving mco around 9:15pm and are planning to use magic exprss-we leave on tues 11/8. will let you know how it turns out-unless you leave before we get back-late 11/13.  :Pinkbounc :bounce: :rolleyes1 :hourglass

We leave 11/21 so yes, I'd like to hear your review. I used ME in May when it was just a Mom and the boys trip to Star Wars Weekend. It worked fine but we stopped at the Boardwalk first, then All Star Sports then All Star Music....It's kind of a buzz kill when you just want to get there already.

We used ME for our trip last month and it was wonderful...

Our flight arrived at 11:15 p.m. and quickly boarded making only one stop at Pop Century before heading to BWI. That was the good part.

HOWEVER...

We had tagged our luggage to be picked up by Disney and it did not arrive at the resort until 2:00 a.m. We were already asleep by then so we did not get our baggage until the next morning. One DD and I had packed things in our carry ons (like PJs, toothbrushes, etc.) but other DD had not done so. Therefore she had to sleep in her skivvies and was none to happy about that. That was her problem, not Disney's, however. They are up front about the length of time it takes to get the luggage picked up and delivered to the resorts.

If we were to use ME again, I think I would leave one suitcase without the ME tag and we would claim it ourselves upon arrival at MCO. That way Disney could do the bulk of the work but we would have essentials for the first 12 hours or so.

Due to a comedy of errors beyond our control our flights were delayed coming in and we wound up landing at around 10pm the night of our check-in. We used ME and were quite happy with it. We checked into our room (we were the first stop on the bus I believe - SSR), changed into our bathing suits and hit the jacuzzi to relax our very sore traveling legs. By the time we got back to the room (I want to say around an hour later) our bags were there, safe and sound! It was great for us, and we'd definitely do it again even with a late flight.
