Quickie.....
My flight arrives at SNA just a couple of minutes after 10am on a Tues. What would be your best guest at my arrival time to the Disney gates, after......I've claimed my luggage, ridden a SuperShuttle to the Tropicana and dropped my bags off at the front desk there? (Assuming my room won't be ready)
Thanks!:thumbsup2

I use best limo service. I am at my hotel with 30 min and I stay at Disneyland Hotel.

I'd say within 2 hours. It could take at least half an hour to claim your bags by the time they get them all off the plane, then you have to look for your shuttle and it may have to wait for another family so that could be another 15-20. It only takes less than 30 minutes to get to your hotel with no traffic, but if it makes other stops or there is an accident then that could take longer. Once you get to your hotel, you'll check your bags and then walk (?) to the gates which could be another 20-30 minutes.

I got off my plane @ 6pm, rented my car, drove to my hotel, checked in and was on a sub by 7:40pm.

In May, we landed at SNA at noon (Thurs), got our bags, caught the shuttle (prepaid online - $10/person each direction), checked in and dropped our bags off in our room at Desert Inn, and were in the park by 1:00 having a corn dog.

Not sure if it's always that smooth, but we didn't have to wait long to fill the shuttle and we were the first stop. The front desk person at the hotel even did a little room juggling to put us in a room that was ready.

SuperShuttle will slow you down, but you should still be enjoying lunch in the parks!

If you're gonna get antsy, taxi is about $40.

SNA took an hour and 30 just to get the bags out last trip. Way to go Orange County. A record for sloth with the bags. Hope they aren't that slow with you.
