as of right now our flight is scheduled to land in orlando at 9am on friday 3/31. we are staying at the CBR and here is my question. because we will be leaving Boston at 5:45am and won't eat breakfast before flying out....does anyone know what time they stop serving breakfast at the food court at the resort and could anyone recommend a quick service breakfast option at Epcot if we choose to go there to grab a bite....thanks

Breakfast at the resort foodcourts usually stops around 11:00. If your plane is on time and all goes well with Magical Express (if you are taking it) you may get there before the change over to lunch. The foodcourt at MCO may be your best breakfast option.
As for Epcot there is the Starbucks, Sunshine Season and the bakery in France. Doubt you could get to SS before they go to lunch.

I was thinking this too.....it seems there are lots of places like Dunkin Donuts and starbucks to grab a quick bite before boarding the ME then when getting to the resort we can just hop a bus to epcot.

Yes, I would grab something at MCO before going to ME like a Cinnabon, DD, etc - I would be starving! Of course, I would bring some snacks on the plane like mini muffin packs, but would not want to wait another hour to get to resort. Then you can grab lunch at Epcot if you like.

If you decide to grab something at Epcot, I definitely recommend the bakery in France!

You probably won't make breakfast at the resort or the park. Breakfast usually switches to lunch between 10:30 and 11:00, but (at least at Pop) there are grab and go options in the food court that would count as 'breakfast' all the time like hard boiled eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt, etc. Sunshine Seasons at Epcot does have quick service options, and the Starbucks in Epcot would also be a good grab and go option (which will be available after breakfast hours, too).

If it were me, I'd grab something in the airport before I got on Magical Express, or bring something with me to have on the plane.

Yes Definitely Do This! We have been known to stop at chik fil a and grab a sandwich eat that while waiting for ME. Then we go, check in and are on our merry way. We do tend to have a good late lunch planned though. After travel and not eating well having a nice sit down with good healthy options helps us to enjoy the rest of our day!
