I would push it back, cancel, or keep it and be ok losing the per person fee. Those are your only options.
Me, I only make ADRs 3 hours or more from when my plane is supposed to land. Your timing doesn't allow for any hiccups at all. I had one flight where it was 40 minutes before I was even off of the aircraft. Let alone finding a restroom, checking in to Magical Express (and hoping there isn't a line or a wait). I've been the 1st stop when dropping off, but I've also been the 4th stop when dropping off.
