Arrival date dilema

Hey Guys i need your help, I applied for the CP and opted for the August 22 arrival date. Now i have a really urgent family emergency and will not be able to actually go till After August 29. I have written to the recruiting email almost 4 times its about 2 weeks and nobody has responded. I really do not want to miss this opportunity. When i was able to pick my days there was September 5th available but i was told there is "no more room" What can i do guys?
