Arribas Bros. - Returns

Question - Has anyone ever had any problems with items they have purchased at Arribas Bros? I puchased some items when we were there last Christmas that have fallen apart. They weren't expensive just irks me that after wearing them twice the crystals fell out. I contacted them directly about 2 weeks ago and left a message...no on bothered to call me back...I called again and the Customer Service Rep did not seem to want to assist me. Anyone have any suggestions on how or who I might be able to contact for some help?
 
I had pretty much the same thing happen. I purchased a relatively inexpensive ring there (around $20) with crystal Mickey icons around the band. It wasn't even a day later that several stones had fallen out, and within a week I would say a majority were gone. It wasn't like I was wearing it while scrubbing down the house or anything either so it truly just fell apart by being worn during the day. Because it happened so fast, I still had the receipt and I sent an email via their web site about the problem, indicating I would just like to exchange it for the same ring if possible. I never did get a response. It's really too bad because although the ring was pretty cheap, a lot of the other items there were gorgeous and this turns me off from buying anything nicer there.

I had the same thing hapen with a cute necklace I bought last summer. Cute items but not very good quality.
 
I had the same thing happen to me.

I bought two rings.
One was the stackable one.
One was the one with the insert in the middle.

Both turned my hand green and the stones fell out.


This past trip I bought a pure sterling silver ring at the MK.
It doesn't turn my hand and is beautiful.

So I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor at Arribas..After reading that this is a common occurance I am going to really push on them.
 
We purchased Tinkerbell in Disneyland. She cost $12.50. When we got it home one of the wings was broken off. On our next trip back to WDW we took the piece and asked if it could be repaired. We told them we purchased Tinkerbell in Disneyland, but they said it made no difference. It took them a couple of days to repair her but they did and said there would be no charge.
I think that's great public relations on their part.
