Arrgh, can't decide whether to book now or wait!

We're going back to DLRP next May and I've booked the Eurostar but I can't decide whether to book the hotel + tickets now or wait until the end of January in case there's a better offer. I waited for the new brochure to come out a couple of months ago hoping for a better deal but the prices went up! If that happens again I'll be seriously cheesed off!

Anyone have a crystal ball I could borrow?

What are the offers and prices like now?
Sadly no crystal ball but if there is a price you're generally happy with you should book it - imagine the price just gets worse, you'd wish you had booked.
IF a better offer comes out you could always do the old upgrading trick by adding food packages, a better room type or something to get better value for around the same price.
