Oh there are just so many things wrong with this. We are becoming the center of the universe for bird nookie.
First Piper and Tweezer the cockatiels have a clutch of 3 babies - Kringle, Beaker and PeeWee. Aww wasn't that cute.
Then before the babies get their little feathered rumps out of the nesting box, momma Tweezer gets the hots for stud muffin Piper and starts popping out eggs again. Enter Bumble, Nicky and Cosmo. Alright.. getting a wee bit out of hand, but still kinda cute.
Then the parakeet had to get some action. This parakeet had 7 babies 2 yrs ago. We still have 4 of them, the others went to other homes. Only now momma bird is getting action with one of her BABY BIRDS.. and she lays an egg! NO! NO NONONONO.. that is wrong! I don't need a clutch of momma/son hillbilly from Deliverance, banjo playing in the background parakeets! So we take the egg out of the cage. Just as well, she hadn't started sitting on it yet.
Oh.. and don't get me started about the male parakeet that plays his little Marvin Gaye records in the background while trying to get lucky.. WITH A COCKATIEL! Holy crow... the cockatiel is 5 times his size and she just walks around on the stick looking like "Why is this thing standing on my back????"
Now.. NOW... what do I hear coming from Tweezer and Pipers box with the babies?? That's right - if the box is a rockin' don't come a knocking. And pop! There is an egg.
HELP! Can you spay or neuter a bird?? Do they make chastity belts for overactive cockatiels??
Oh.. and this time I'm serious - anyone willing to come to central virginia that wants a cockatiel? They do have pretty babies. Solid cinnamons, cinnamon pearls, grey pearls and pieds.

Three seems to be their magic number since both clutches yielded 3 babies, although the first clutch had 4 eggs and the second 5.

The white one is Tinker, she's a Tibetan Spaniel. Tibbies are related to Pekingese but have a bit of a different texture to their fur and a slightly longer snoot.
